Please Note: There are many "online DUI courses" advertised on the internet that are not approved by the CA Department of Healthcare Services as CA DUI Programs.

The Safety Council offers the First Offender DUI 12 hr, 3 month, 4 month, 6 month and 9 month counseling and education programs. The goal of DUI Programs is to reduce impaired driving. Education sessions assist participants in understanding the effect impairing substances have on the mind, body and relationships with others. In process counseling, the participants explore the individual root causes that increase DUI risk and explore alternatives to reduce the risk of re-offending.
